Tom Hergenrother has spent nearly two decades building homes and commercial projects throughout Vermont. Through Sunstone Builders, Tom works with homeowners, architects, and businesses to bring thoughtful construction projects from early planning through completion.
Sunstone Builders is led by Tom Hergenrother, a Vermont builder with nearly two decades of experience in residential and lite commercial construction.
Tom’s background spans finance, real estate development, and construction. After beginning his career in finance, he transitioned into development and building, working on residential and commercial projects throughout Chittenden County and the surrounding area, including leading development and construction work across a range of project types.
Today, Sunstone Builders focuses on custom homes, additions, renovations, and select commercial projects throughout Vermont.
At Sunstone, we keep things simple: say what’s happening, when it’s happening. Clients are kept in the loop throughout the project - good or bad - so decisions can be made with a clear understanding of what’s in front of them.
